I am currently a PhD student in the School of Occupational Therapy, Faculty of Medicine, at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, under the co-supervision of Dr. Mor Nahum (Neuro-therapy Lab) and Dr. Anat Perry (Social Cognitive Neuroscience Lab).

I have an M.A in Brain and Cognition Science, from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, under the supervision of Dr. Oren Shriki (Computational Psychiatry Lab) and Dr. Doron Todder (Clinical Neurophysiology Lab). Our work examined the effect of brain stimulation (tDCS) on clinical measures and brain activity in Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) patients, using EEG-based methods.

I am broadly interested in the underlying mechanisms of social cognition. More specifically, I currently study how feeling different emotions may affect how we perceive and understand the other. My additional focus of interest is assessing the dynamics and stability over time of various social cognitive processes, taking into account measurements that are sampled outside lab conditions. A long-term goal of mine is establishing assessment tools that can on the one hand assist in treating clinical patients suffering from social cognition deficiencies and on the other hand enable to predict the specific brain circuits that are involved in the deficiency
