New!! Postdoctoral Fellow Position

The Computerized Neurotherapy Laboratory (https://compneurotherapylab.huji.ac.il/ )at the Hebrew University, led by Prof. Mor Nahum, is seeking a highly motivated and talented postdoctoral research fellow to join our team in investigating the cognitive mechanisms underlying emotional lability in ADHD.

Position Overview:

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking research in the field of ADHD. The successful candidate will be involved in an ISF-funded research project focused on understanding the cognitive control mechanisms underlying emotional lability in daily experiences in ADHD. The project involves collection of cognitive and emotional data using mobile ecological momentary assessment (EMA) from individuals with ADHD using mobile devices, and applying a novel form of non-invasive brain stimulation - tRNS- along with a cognitive control videogame, to stabilize mood in ADHD.

Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Neuroscience, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Neuropsychology, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a research team
  • Highly motivated and Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Expertise in statistical analyses, particularly related to EMA data
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Strong background in AD/HD research and/or clinical trials (advantage)

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of research protocols
  • Collaborate with clinical teams in participant recruitment and assessment
  • Manage data collection, mentoring research assistants and graduate students
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis of EMA data
  • Prepare manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals.
  • Present research findings at scientific conferences

Position:
